Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of marketing experience in high-growth, B2B, B2B2C, or consumer-facing businesses.
- Proven experience leading brand, communications, and product marketing strategies.
- Experience launching, scaling, or repositioning brands or products.
- Ability to translate complex technical or sustainability concepts into compelling narratives.
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fashion, textiles, or sustainability preferred.
- Experience with AI tools for marketing efficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in brand, marketing, and communications strategy.
- Develop company-level brand and marketing strategies supporting commercial growth.
- Build brand awareness through impactful campaigns.
- Shape narratives around technology and sustainability value propositions.
- Develop integrated communications strategies across PR, digital, and social channels.
- Plan and execute product marketing strategy and go-to-market campaigns.
- Build marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and pitch decks.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning.
- Manage external agencies, contractors, and creative partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop small internal team.
