Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in high-growth, B2B, B2B2C, or consumer-facing businesses.
  • Proven experience leading brand, communications, and product marketing strategies.
  • Experience launching, scaling, or repositioning brands or products.
  • Ability to translate complex technical or sustainability concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in fashion, textiles, or sustainability preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools for marketing efficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in brand, marketing, and communications strategy.
  • Develop company-level brand and marketing strategies supporting commercial growth.
  • Build brand awareness through impactful campaigns.
  • Shape narratives around technology and sustainability value propositions.
  • Develop integrated communications strategies across PR, digital, and social channels.
  • Plan and execute product marketing strategy and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Build marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and pitch decks.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning.
  • Manage external agencies, contractors, and creative partners.
  • Lead, coach, and develop small internal team.
