Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in healthcare or digital health.
- Proven track record owning complex, multi-function operations and shared service teams.
- Experience leading initiatives at the intersection of clinical operations, provider workflow, and product.
- Fluency in operational and clinical unit economics.
- Demonstrated skill leveraging AI, Excel, project management, and workflow tools.
- Keen analytical skills for translating data into narratives and action plans.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience scaling workforce management, including forecasting and staffing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement care model enhancements and documentation standards.
- Architect national workflows, protocols, SOPs, and playbooks for efficient care.
- Build systems and reporting for repeatable, scalable operations across markets.
- Act as the voice of market operations in product development to automate workflows.
- Partner with Finance and Clinical Leadership to align care models with unit economics.
- Define staffing models and scheduling governance to ensure access and provider well-being.
- Translate strategic goals into concrete operational plans and KPIs.
- Create clear roles, responsibilities, and scorecards for operational teams.
