Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or related field.
- 3–4+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare including change management.
- Prior experience in healthcare or utilization management.
- Experience in leading operations teams through change and rapid growth.
- Payer-side experience and understanding of health plan operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance implications within UM workflows and AI.
- Knowledge of interoperability standards, UM platforms, EMR integrations, and clinical data exchange.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
Responsibilities
- Own clinical delivery timelines and planning.
- Oversee pre-sales scoping, timelines, and clinical resource planning.
- Create clinical oversight models and clinical tooling.
- Lead policy mapping and ensure operational readiness for clinical content execution.
- Own DAG creation, policy updates, and maintenance.
- Establish and run SLA auditing and lead clinical audits.
- Manage client escalations for clinical issues and lead AuthAI CR triage.
- Partner with product teams to drive clinical program design.
- Establish and lead AI and clinical governance models.
