Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques
- Direct experience with observability (o11y)
- Experience with o11y stack (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces), preferably with Grafana products
- Proven track record of successful delivery of enterprise o11y implementations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka)
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Responsibilities
- Engage with business executives, project managers, and IT development staff
- Translate business and technological requirements into architectural designs
- Act as a functional lead for workshops and design sessions
- Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and expansion
- Deliver high-impact training and jumpstart engagements
- Advocate for best practices and standard adherence
- Monitor support needs and report product feedback to internal teams
