Requirements
- Located in the Netherlands
- 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques.
- Direct experience with observability (o11y).
- Best practices for using and deploying an observability stack (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces).
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex, Loki, Jaeger/Tempo.
- Proven track record of successful delivery of enterprise customer projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka).
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and expansion.
- Deliver high-impact training and tailored technical consulting.
- Provide roadmap assurance and guide project execution.
- Lead functional workshops with customers.
- Document requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
- Advocate for adherence to standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve product offerings.
