Requirements
- 10+ years experience in enterprise software or healthcare technology product management.
- Proven experience scaling enterprise data platforms or healthcare data products.
- Deep understanding of HL7 FHIR and HL7 interoperability standards.
- Experience integrating with major EMR platforms like Epic or Oracle Health.
- Experience working with large health systems on data-driven solutions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data-driven product decisions.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and cloud data platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or Healthcare Informatics.
- Excellent project management skills and cross-functional leadership ability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for health system data sharing initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for secure data exchange and interoperability.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define product requirements and user stories.
- Develop dashboards, workflow integrations, and AI-assisted recommendations.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party data interoperability and analytics technologies.
- Define and track key success metrics like adoption, data utilization, and clinical impact.
- Partner with health system stakeholders to ensure integration into EMR ecosystems.
