Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS.
- Robust understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
- Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design.
- Experience with Agile teams, Jira, and software development lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of APIs, DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure/Databricks), and data engineering principles.
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building and launching AI/ML platforms or internal services.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, model training, deployment, and observability.
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Clinical data literacy or familiarity with healthcare datasets (EHR, Claims).
Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space.
- Lead the full lifecycle of ML and LLM platform workstreams from data ingestion to deployment.
- Work with internal teams to develop requirements and support execution.
- Write detailed user stories with business rationale and success criteria.
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps to deliver value and manage risk.
- Partner with AI Researchers to mature proofs-of-concept into production-ready capabilities.
- Perform hands-on exploration of user feedback and healthcare records to validate model performance.
