Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a similar client-facing HR role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Belgian employment law and HR practices.
  • Ability to confidently advise on employee lifecycle matters, compliance, and employment-related risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French or German (written and spoken).
  • Experience in an Employer of Record (EOR), global mobility, or international HR environment (bonus).
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and process improvement initiatives (bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned countries (primarily Belgium).
  • Manage complex employment matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Resolve HR queries and support key employment events.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and standardisation of HR procedures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners.
  • Support reporting, audits, HR administration, and strategic projects.
