Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a similar client-facing HR role.
- Strong working knowledge of Belgian employment law and HR practices.
- Ability to confidently advise on employee lifecycle matters, compliance, and employment-related risks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French or German (written and spoken).
- Experience in an Employer of Record (EOR), global mobility, or international HR environment (bonus).
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and process improvement initiatives (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned countries (primarily Belgium).
- Manage complex employment matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Resolve HR queries and support key employment events.
- Drive continuous process improvement and standardisation of HR procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners.
- Support reporting, audits, HR administration, and strategic projects.
