Requirements
- End-to-end payroll processing experience (in-house or service provider)
- Strong knowledge of payroll best practices
- Proficient in software tools such as Excel and Google Suite
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment
- Experience working asynchronously is preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Act as a true subject matter expert for the country
- Manage existing relationships with key stakeholders within Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering
- Process full end-to-end payroll including statutory filing, exceptions, approvals, and payments
- Ensure full data integrity and quality
- Prepare payroll journals and reconciliations
- Focus on achieving KPIs and SLAs
- Implement and improve payroll processes
- Mentor and support payroll specialists
- Back up regional managers during times of absence
