- Minimum of 2 year's experience in a client facing role working with technical projects and data.
- Excellent team working skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
- Strong time and task management skills.
- Ability to manage post-sale client onboarding and implementation.
- Experience managing and planning for renewals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working with data and identifying client use cases.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day client relationship, from implementation to outcomes.
- Own client outcomes, tracking progress against goals.
- Manage the implementation process in collaboration with internal teams and contractors.
- Triage and answer inbound customer queries post-implementation.
- Nurture client relationships through proactive communication and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify value-add opportunities and perform ad hoc analysis to re-engage clients.
