  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a client facing role working with technical projects and data.
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Strong time and task management skills.
  • Ability to manage post-sale client onboarding and implementation.
  • Experience managing and planning for renewals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying client use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day client relationship, from implementation to outcomes.
  • Own client outcomes, tracking progress against goals.
  • Manage the implementation process in collaboration with internal teams and contractors.
  • Triage and answer inbound customer queries post-implementation.
  • Nurture client relationships through proactive communication and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify value-add opportunities and perform ad hoc analysis to re-engage clients.
