Requirements
- Active RN License required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare quality management.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable improvement strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage telehealth implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, workflows, and implementation documentation.
- Monitor clinical quality metrics and maintain accurate, complete case documentation.
- Review thrombolytic cases, identify process improvement opportunities, and initiate root cause analysis.
- Prepare and report stroke quality metrics by site, provider, and organizational trends.
- Collaborate regularly with physician leads regarding quality initiatives.
- Coordinate educational lectures, mock drills, and training initiatives.
- Serve as a primary operational contact for clinicians and hospital partners.
