Requirements
- 3+ years of technical experience within manufacturing, HLS, or hi-tech.
- Salesforce admin and consulting experience.
- Software configuration and/or development experience.
- Experience developing Business Requirements Documentation (BRD).
- Experience with data mapping, process flow diagrams, and data models.
- Experience with SaaS hybrid implementation methodology.
Responsibilities
- Define and document solution design, user stories and requirements inclusive of configuration, custom development and data migration.
- Work as a Trusted Advisor with clients to guide them to success.
- Collaborate with Solution Architect & Project Manager to define scope and deliverables.
- Consult and guide customers with best practices for business transformation.
- Configure objects, layouts, and workflows using Salesforce admin functions.
- Perform quality assessments against requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification.
- Train and mentor new team members on product and industry best practices.
