Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals
- Experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, or blockchain infrastructure
- Deep experience in cross-border payments, FX, and treasury products
- Understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, and counterparty risk
- Experience working through KYC/KYB and compliance requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Experience selling to senior finance leaders like CFOs
- Excellent consultative selling skills
- Network of B2B relationships in targeted verticals
- Experience using CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
Responsibilities
- Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies
- Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses
- Full sales cycle ownership for Jeeves InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions
- Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers
- Sell value at the CFO/Head of Treasury level
- Manage and grow a pipeline
- Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functional delivery
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Manage relationships with regulated stablecoin issuers and partners
- Develop and own go-to-market plays
