Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals
  • Experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, or blockchain infrastructure
  • Deep experience in cross-border payments, FX, and treasury products
  • Understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, and counterparty risk
  • Experience working through KYC/KYB and compliance requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Experience selling to senior finance leaders like CFOs
  • Excellent consultative selling skills
  • Network of B2B relationships in targeted verticals
  • Experience using CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive

Responsibilities

  • Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies
  • Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses
  • Full sales cycle ownership for Jeeves InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions
  • Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Sell value at the CFO/Head of Treasury level
  • Manage and grow a pipeline
  • Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functional delivery
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Manage relationships with regulated stablecoin issuers and partners
  • Develop and own go-to-market plays
