Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate patients about Advanced Care Planning.
- Schedule ACP appointments.
- Overcome patient concerns and objections by articulating the importance of ACP.
- Respond to multimodal calls, texts, and emails.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Achieve key performance metrics including call volume and conversion rates.
