Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for Enterprise Accounts to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage, hire, and train a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Oversee business operations including sales, marketing, and finance.
- Create and manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Identify market growth opportunities and develop expansion strategies.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers and partners.
- Provide performance reports to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and legal risks.
- Set performance targets and standards.
- Resolve conflicts and operational disputes.
