Responsibilities

  • Own and strengthen executive-level relationships with strategic clients, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic account expansion, including identifying new opportunities and leading negotiations.
  • Oversee and monitor client satisfaction through structured check-ins and executive business reviews.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and complex challenges.
  • Assess clients’ evolving business needs and proactively recommend additional solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Delivery leadership to design and execute strategic plans.
  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact.
  • Own account performance metrics, leveraging data to forecast growth and identify risks.
