Responsibilities
- Own and strengthen executive-level relationships with strategic clients, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Drive strategic account expansion, including identifying new opportunities and leading negotiations.
- Oversee and monitor client satisfaction through structured check-ins and executive business reviews.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and complex challenges.
- Assess clients’ evolving business needs and proactively recommend additional solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Delivery leadership to design and execute strategic plans.
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact.
- Own account performance metrics, leveraging data to forecast growth and identify risks.
