Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in risk analysis, risk management, compliance, audit, or governance.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience using GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow, or LogicManager.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in remote environments.
- Understanding of quantitative methodologies like Value at Risk (VaR), Monte Carlo simulations, or regression analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments across financial, operational, compliance, vendor, and technology domains.
- Build and maintain risk models using Python, R, and SQL for stress testing and forecasting.
- Support compliance with regulatory frameworks including SOX, Basel III, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Test and validate internal controls and monitor incidents using GRC platforms.
- Prepare quarterly risk reports, audit documentation, and regulatory packages.
- Develop dashboards in tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve risk visibility and governance.
