- Flawless written and verbal English skills.
- Highly articulate phone presence with no heavy accent.
- Ability to work in a performance-focused structure with conversion metrics.
- Silent, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet and professional headset.
- Ability to operate under mandatory automated time-tracking software.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone lines with luxury-hospitality standards.
- Manage and optimize provider schedules.
- Respond to Instagram DM treatment inquiries and booking requests.
- Execute day-to-day front office workflows and digital guest profiles.
- Educate clients on aesthetic treatments and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Audit patient ledger and contact lapsed patients for reactivation.
- Cross-promote skincare services and treatment packages.
