Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance creative, growth marketing, or in-house performance agency roles.
  • Direct-response instincts and deep pattern recognition in performance advertising.
  • Exceptional copywriting and creative storytelling skills.
  • Proven experience running a creative pipeline including briefing and feedback.
  • Fluency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Figma, Motion, Atria, Frame, and Foreplay.
  • AI-first curiosity and experience using generative tools for creative production.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on hitting shipping deadlines.
  • Experience with creator-led content and turning raw footage into paid-ready assets.

Responsibilities

  • Run weekly creative cadence end-to-end: insights, ideation, briefing, production, and launch.
  • Mine customer reviews, CX tickets, and creator footage for creative hooks and angles.
  • Write actionable creative briefs for the production team.
  • Ship 20-30 net-new creatives per week across Meta and TikTok.
  • Partner with media buyers to analyze creative performance (CTR, CPC) and optimize assets.
  • Test and build AI-empowered workflows for ideation, scripting, and variant generation.
  • Operationalize performance creative tools like Parker, Frame, and Foreplay.
  • Manage in-house creative team and external agency resources.
  • Present weekly performance learnings and strategic bets to leadership.
