Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Strong focus on Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics tracking across digital channels.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to create Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation workflows, and UTM tracking.
  • Proficiency in database management and SQL.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations within Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), including campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, and email automation.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Ensure Pardot and Salesforce integration is seamless for accurate lead tracking.
  • Implement and maintain cross-platform analytics tracking across all marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Audit tracking setups regularly across Google Analytics, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns with accurate performance measurement.
  • Maintain automated email outreach and marketing automation documentation.
  • Evaluate and recommend new marketing tools or integrations.
