Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations.
- Strong focus on Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in analytics tracking across digital channels.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to create Salesforce dashboards and reports.
- Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation workflows, and UTM tracking.
- Proficiency in database management and SQL.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations within Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), including campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, and email automation.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Ensure Pardot and Salesforce integration is seamless for accurate lead tracking.
- Implement and maintain cross-platform analytics tracking across all marketing channels.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Salesforce.
- Audit tracking setups regularly across Google Analytics, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns with accurate performance measurement.
- Maintain automated email outreach and marketing automation documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing tools or integrations.
