Requirements
- Active U.S. Bar license
- 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS)
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with native or fluent proficiency
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in Slack
- Proficiency in Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal)

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for each client.
- Review application packets, declarations, and motions for family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.
- Provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants.
- Conduct exhaustive initial reviews to identify legal issues.
- Represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews before USCIS.
- Serve as Attorney of the Day to provide legal guidance.
- Attend operational meetings and participate in Consultations Day Events.
