Requirements
- Active U.S. Bar license.
- 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS).
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with native or fluent proficiency.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Slack.
- Proficiency in Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal).
- Growth-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for each client.
- Meticulously review application packets, declarations, and motions for family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.
- Grade and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants.
- Conduct initial reviews to identify legal issues.
- Represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews before USCIS.
- Serve as Attorney of the Day providing legal guidance to the team.
- Participate in Consultation Day Events.
