- Experience collaborating with product management on roadmaps and requirements.
- Comfort working in a high-autonomy, fast-paced startup.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Domain expertise in fintech, payments, or banking is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a cross-functional team of engineers and product leads.
- Remain hands-on with code and PR reviews.
- Lead delivery through Shape Up cycles and scope requirements.
- Maintain accountability for architectural choices and system quality.
- Mentor engineers and manage performance in a high-autonomy setting.
- Hire and scale the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to align technical work with customer problems.
