Responsibilities

Practice exceptional medicine within knownwell
See adults for metabolic health services in a virtual setting
Coordinate with the broader care team to ensure patient support
Document encounters for accurate billing and review remote patient monitoring data
Communicate with patients in a timely manner via portal
Provide an environment in which patients feel comfortable and free from judgment
Provide clinical guidance to medical assistants and nursing teams
Maintain current licensure and re-certifications
