Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Management
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably BambooHR
- Proficiency in Microsoft services, especially Excel
- Experience with big volume data extraction and analysis
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and positive professional approach
Responsibilities
- Conduct a full cycle of people management processes (onboarding, performance review, probation, termination)
- Implement HR initiatives, process automation, and policy development
- Partner with management to build high-performance cultures and retention strategies
- Conduct performance reviews and 1-on-1s with supervisors
- Identify and resolve team performance issues
- Manage internal communications and engagement for the Europe location
- Administer benefits packages and coordinate corporate events
