Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or similar
- Fluent English proficiency
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, offboarding)
- Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with managers and employees
- Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboarding
- Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks
- Partner closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to strengthen team effectiveness, improve performance, and resolve complex people matters
- Lead and support leadership and team development initiatives to build strong managerial capability
- Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
- Support compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goals
- Continuously improve and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting organizational growth and scaling
