Experience: 4+ years

Requirements

4+ years of legal experience at a top tier law firm and in-house legal department
J.D. degree
Current member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
Deep knowledge of corporate and securities laws
Deep knowledge of SEC reporting requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills and business judgment
Ability to distill complex issues and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
Proactive and adaptable mindset

Responsibilities

Support the preparation, review, and filing of Figma's SEC reports and other corporate regulatory filings
Support review of public-facing corporate communications, including earnings materials and investor presentations
Assist with corporate governance matters
Provide support on equity matters, including 10b5-1 plans and trading policy
Build and maintain processes using AI and other tools to improve legal workflows
Partner with and provide practical legal advice to cross-functional stakeholders
Provide legal support for transactional and general corporate matters
