Experience: 3-5 years

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state bar or European country
3-5 years of relevant legal experience
Experience working with sales organizations
Ability to manage projects independently
Experience navigating complex, ambiguous environments
Ability to work in a lean team
Ability to work autonomously under pressure

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Procurement to negotiate and close deals
Draft and negotiate NDAs, SaaS, vendor contracts, and partnerships
Provide product counseling and risk assessments for new features and marketing
Support contract lifecycle management through template, workflow, and playbook development
Respond to legal inquiries and special legal projects
Provide advice on GDPR, GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy regulations
