Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue enablement role.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing enablement programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience leading remote/hybrid teams.
- Prior experience in sales, customer success, or product marketing.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with content creation applications like Camtasia or Captivate.
- EdTech market experience or background as a K-12/higher ed educator/administrator.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven optimization.
- Ability to work with virtual and global team members.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end enablement programs aligning with business goals.
- Establish and maintain scalable enablement processes.
- Lead a team of US-based enablement professionals.
- Drive adoption of the WinningByDesign customer journey methodology.
- Support implementation of productivity tools like Salesforce, Clari, and GainSight.
- Collaborate with global teams on project priority and delivery.
- Curate and maintain playbooks, content, and courses.
- Align enablement strategy with company OKRs.
- Analyze data to assess program effectiveness.
- Execute sales kickoff events.
