  • Experience with content creation applications like Camtasia or Captivate.
  • EdTech market experience or background as a K-12/higher ed educator/administrator.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven optimization.
  • Ability to work with virtual and global team members.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end enablement programs aligning with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain scalable enablement processes.
  • Lead a team of US-based enablement professionals.
  • Drive adoption of the WinningByDesign customer journey methodology.
  • Support implementation of productivity tools like Salesforce, Clari, and GainSight.
  • Collaborate with global teams on project priority and delivery.
  • Curate and maintain playbooks, content, and courses.
  • Align enablement strategy with company OKRs.
  • Analyze data to assess program effectiveness.
  • Execute sales kickoff events.
