Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant consulting or engineering experience with Azure delivery.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ability to contribute independently across most areas of AI solution delivery.
- Proficiency in Agents & Orchestration (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain).
- Proficiency in Search & Retrieval (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS).
- Experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Databricks, and Azure OpenAI.
- Cloud engineering experience with APIs, containers, and microservices.
- Experience delivering insights with Power BI and managing data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Support solution architecture across modernization projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards and business goals.
- Translate high-level architecture guidance into actionable delivery tasks and implementation plans.
- Work across App Innovation, Cloud Platform, and Data & AI teams to integrate components into cohesive solutions.
- Execute delivery frameworks, code standards, and reusable patterns that strengthen project consistency.
- Conduct design reviews, technical validation, and quality checks within delivery teams.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Mentor junior consultants and engineers, promoting technical development and delivery best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery challenges, including integration, performance, and scalability issues.
- Apply current Azure technologies and Microsoft frameworks to optimize solutions.
- Participate in presales activities by contributing technical estimates, delivery plans, and solution insights.
