Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with project management software, Asana preferred.
  • Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organisation and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding technical filing and data auditing.
  • Proven success in managing complex web updates and testing schedules.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of web launches, encompassing A/B testing frameworks and Business-as-Usual (BAU) architectural updates.
  • Orchestrate bug tracking and resolution via internal proprietary tools and coordinate with development teams.
  • Govern the web review process and ensure adherence to global protocols for digital deployments.
  • Manage global localisation workstreams to optimise cultural relevance and linguistic precision.
  • Leverage Google Analytics and advanced dashboarding tools to monitor platform health and user engagement.
  • Analyse A/B testing outcomes and optimise conversion metrics against regional benchmarks.
  • Synthesise regional performance data for executive reporting and stakeholder presentations.
  • Coordinate the lifecycle management of Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) across integrated media channels.
  • Execute monthly TFN audits and lead-quality reconciliation against CRM data.
  • Publish case studies and editorial content to web platforms via the central CMS.
