Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling into small to mid-sized businesses, ideally in a multi-location or franchise model.
  • Direct experience using the Challenger Sales methodology or similar.
  • Ability to lead a multi-threaded sales process involving operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen to reframe challenges and quantify ROI.
  • Comfortable generating own pipeline in collaboration with SDRs and marketing.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with insight through discovery to challenge the status quo.
  • Tailor messaging to align Zenoti’s platform with prospect goals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and signature.
  • Build a strategic pipeline through smart outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Technical Sales Engineers, and Marketing to design demos.
  • Create urgency and drive change using business cases and data.
  • Ensure a high-quality handoff to implementation and customer success teams.
  • Stay connected post-sale to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Influence sales strategy by sharing feedback from the field.
