Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience selling into small to mid-sized businesses, ideally in a multi-location or franchise model.
- Direct experience using the Challenger Sales methodology or similar.
- Ability to lead a multi-threaded sales process involving operational and executive stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen to reframe challenges and quantify ROI.
- Comfortable generating own pipeline in collaboration with SDRs and marketing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead with insight through discovery to challenge the status quo.
- Tailor messaging to align Zenoti’s platform with prospect goals.
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and signature.
- Build a strategic pipeline through smart outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Technical Sales Engineers, and Marketing to design demos.
- Create urgency and drive change using business cases and data.
- Ensure a high-quality handoff to implementation and customer success teams.
- Stay connected post-sale to identify upsell opportunities.
- Influence sales strategy by sharing feedback from the field.
