Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and helpdesk systems
- Assist with enquiries relating to precious metals, accounts, and orders
- Clearly explain processes and product information to customers
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call notes
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members
- Identify recurring issues to help improve processes
