Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and helpdesk systems
  • Assist with enquiries relating to precious metals, accounts, and orders
  • Clearly explain processes and product information to customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call notes
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members
  • Identify recurring issues to help improve processes
