Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, strategic growth, or enterprise sales
- Experience working in the space sector, or within defense, intelligence, or national security environments
- Demonstrated success developing strategic customer relationships in complex international markets
- Ability to build and manage qualified pipelines and multi-year strategic opportunities
- Strong understanding of government procurement, defense programs, or commercial space operations
- Ability to communicate complex technical capabilities to both technical and executive audiences
- Strong strategic thinking
- Willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region
Responsibilities
- Lead Slingshot Aerospace’s growth strategy across the Asia-Pacific region
- Build and manage an ambitious but qualified opportunity pipeline
- Develop deep relationships with regional space agencies, defense organizations, and commercial operators
- Work closely with customers to understand their mission objectives and operational challenges
- Design and execute regional go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and strategic engagements
- Represent Slingshot Aerospace at industry events, government engagements, and strategic partner meetings
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams
- Support and grow a small regional team
