Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Track record of improving search rankings and organic performance
- Experience working cross-functionally across the customer journey
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to pull data and execute insights
- Experience designing and running experiments end to end
- Proven ability to connect channel performance to business outcomes
- Familiarity with SQL or similar data querying tools (nice to have)
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs and Webflow (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy across owned channels
- Drive CRO across landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding entry points
- Support paid strategy alongside a specialized agency
- Optimize the signup-to-activation handoff and onboarding flows
- Build and prioritize the growth experiment backlog
- Own funnel metrics from first touch through activation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Revenue Management
