Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10-15 years cross-functional experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Deep expertise in Professional Services and/or Finance.
- Proven experience developing sourcing strategies for complex categories.
- Experience leading large-scale sourcing events.
- Prior experience interfacing with clients and/or stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience driving change management and building cross-functional consensus.
- Strong communication skills with internal, supplier, and client stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to client service.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain sourcing playbooks, category strategies, templates, and negotiation frameworks.
- Lead complex, high-value sourcing engagements across Professional Services and Finance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Professional Services, advising internal stakeholders and clients.
- Partner with client C-level and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and shape sourcing strategies.
- Support business development efforts including client presentations, proposals, and solution design.
- Collaborate with industry pod leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Build and manage supplier strategies, selection, and performance management.
- Track and report on program performance, savings, and value delivery.
- Mentor and support team members within the Corporate Services sourcing team.
