Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, SDET or similar role.
- Experience with any automation tool and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, Appium).
- Experience with various testing methodologies (manual, functional, performance, regression).
- Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and QA principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to use AI-assisted tools as a core part of the workflow.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, overlapping with Central Time.
- Home office setup conducive for productivity.
- Willingness to occasionally report to the Clark office.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute tests, analyze results, and report defects.
- Troubleshoot and debug software products.
- Review and validate software requirements and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure functionality.
- Coordinate with product management to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Shift quality left by embedding testing into the requirements phase.
- Analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement and reduce production defects.
- Build and maintain scripts using Playwright and other tools.
- Benchmark performance using load and throughput testing.
