Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing
- Strong focus on Web applications
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals including test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing, and bug reporting
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally with engineering and product teams
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, or similar bug tracking systems
- Experience using browser developer tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team
- Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices to validate new features, bug fixes, and releases
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects
- Maintain clear and organized QA documentation
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure issues are triaged correctly
- Participate in Agile workflows including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Execute regression testing and release validation
- Continuously identify ways to improve manual QA processes
