Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, specifically with Web applications.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals: test planning, test case design, regression testing, and exploratory testing.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication skills for documenting defects.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems like Jira or Linear.
- Experience using browser developer tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team.
- Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to document and reproduce defects.
- Maintain QA documentation, including test cases and regression suites.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to triage and prioritize issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Execute regression testing and release validation.
- Identify improvements for manual QA processes and test coverage.
