Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing.
- Strong focus on Web applications.
- Understanding of QA fundamentals: test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar bug tracking systems.
- Experience using browser developer tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases.
- Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and document defects.
- Maintain QA documentation including regression suites and test reports.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to triage issues.
- Participate in Agile workflows (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Execute regression testing and release validation.
- Identify ways to improve manual QA processes and test coverage.
