Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation or software testing.
- Strong hands-on Python experience for writing, debugging, and maintaining test scripts.
- Experience writing and maintaining automated test suites across both API and UI layers.
- Proficiency in testing REST APIs and working with structured data (JSON).
- Experience with automated web and UI testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with version-control workflows (Git).
- Experience integrating automated tests into continuous-integration (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Solid grasp of QA methodology, including test design, regression strategy, and defect lifecycle.
- Excellent attention to detail and clear written communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and align with UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated test coverage across backend services and the frontend.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality checks run on every change.
- Develop outbound-call automation to validate voice AI behavior from start to finish.
- Measure and test speech-to-text (STT) transcription accuracy and text-to-speech (TTS) output quality.
- Run regression testing across multiple conversation flows to catch behavioral drift.
- Evaluate call quality dimensions including accuracy, tone, and flow adherence.
- Reproduce, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, and product teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
