Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with a focus on Web applications
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals (test planning, case design, regression testing, exploratory testing, bug reporting)
- Experience in Agile environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar bug tracking systems
- Experience using browser developer tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team.
- Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to document and reproduce defects.
- Maintain organized QA documentation, including regression suites and test reports.
- Triage and prioritize issues based on user impact.
- Participate in Agile workflows including daily standups and sprint planning.
- Execute regression testing and release validation.
- Continuously improve manual QA processes and test coverage.
