Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing
- Strong focus on Web applications
- Understanding of test planning and test case design
- Experience with regression and exploratory testing
- Experience in Agile environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar systems
- Experience using browser developer tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases.
- Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
- Identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects.
- Maintain QA documentation including test cases, regression suites, and reports.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support for issue triage.
- Participate in Agile workflows (standups, planning, retrospectives).
- Execute regression testing and release validation.
- Continuously improve manual QA processes and test coverage.
