Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in digital pathology workflows, clinical lab operations, or healthcare AI deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in biology, healthcare administration, or relevant field.
- Proven track record of navigating complex, consultative selling and driving implementation in clinical settings.
- Technical understanding of pathology lab workflows, validation requirements, and digital pathology infrastructure.
- Strong skills in cultivating stakeholder relationships with pathologists and IT leaders.
- Entrepreneurial drive and high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and collaborative software like Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to travel approximately 15% - 30% domestically and internationally.
- Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet home office space.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage leading pathology labs, cancer centers, and health systems.
- Lead consultative sales processes with pathologists, lab directors, and IT stakeholders.
- Own time from contract through implementation and live clinical use.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enable clinical adoption and integration.
- Drive initial usage by pathologists and lab teams and establish measurable value.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities across additional biomarkers and sites.
- Develop repeatable deployment frameworks, integration templates, and best practices.
- Support translation of novel biomarkers into real-world clinical workflows.
