Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a closely related discipline
- Proven experience in a B2B or B2B-adjacent brand
- Skilled project management across multi-threaded timelines
- Expertise in brand voice and visual identity maintenance
- Strong command of content distribution strategy
- Hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Familiarity with Webflow and modern CMS workflows
- Fluent in design tools such as Figma or Canva
- Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) in a professional workflow
Responsibilities
- Own Antenna's social media presence across organic and paid channels
- Lead end-to-end production of The Signal monthly newsletter
- Manage and execute the blog content pipeline including writing, editing, and publishing
- Maintain the editorial calendar across all content channels
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Marketing, Insights, and executives
- Promote quarterly reports and syndicated insights
- Manage relationships with external vendors including freelancers and agencies
