Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in WMS implementations, with strong expertise in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
- Proven experience leading end-to-end MAWM implementation programs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MAWM architecture, APIs, ProActive framework, and configuration tools.
- Experience with system integrations involving ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/WCS systems.
- Strong program management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MAWM implementations across planning, design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define warehouse processes and system workflows.
- Drive solution design and configuration strategies within MAWM.
- Oversee integration design, including APIs, ProActive extensibility, and data mapping.
- Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, and business teams.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Support SIT/UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
