Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or cybersecurity.
- 3+ years of direct experience designing, implementing, and operating PAM solutions (BeyondTrust preferred).
- Experience delivering services in a managed services or consulting capacity.
- Deep knowledge of PAM concepts including password vaulting and just-in-time access.
- Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe and Privilege Management for Windows/Unix.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols like Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth2.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and REST API integration.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Experience in regulated environments (SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of multi-tenant BeyondTrust PAM services for MSP customers.
- Architect secure privileged access workflows aligned to least-privilege principles.
- Implement and maintain BeyondTrust Password Safe and endpoint privilege management.
- Design and maintain highly available BeyondTrust infrastructure including clustering and DR.
- Integrate PAM with identity providers (AD/Entra ID), SSO/MFA, SIEM, and ITSM tools.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs for scale and compliance.
- Conduct security risk assessments and provide remediation plans.
- Serve as SME and escalation point for PAM-related incidents.
- Define and maintain standardized PAM policies across customer environments.
