Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing implementation project management experience.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients on technology-driven onboarding.
- Experience in the payments industry and/or working with payments technologies.
- Strong fundamental understanding of APIs, SDKs, and how complex systems integrate.
- Ability to think and plan strategically and execute tactically.
- Expert level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical detail across all stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-complexity implementations and meet aggressive enterprise go-live dates.
- Own the end-to-end delivery process for implementations after contract signature.
- Work closely with customer, sales engineering, and account management to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Create comprehensive project plans including milestones and dependencies.
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans and meeting agendas.
- Maintain regular correspondence with stakeholders for status updates and functional guidance.
- Communicate client feedback to internal product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Deliver regular reporting regarding implementation metrics across all onboarding channels.
