Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing implementation project management experience.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients on technology-driven onboarding.
  • Experience in the payments industry and/or working with payments technologies.
  • Strong fundamental understanding of APIs, SDKs, and how complex systems integrate.
  • Ability to think and plan strategically and execute tactically.
  • Expert level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical detail across all stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-complexity implementations and meet aggressive enterprise go-live dates.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery process for implementations after contract signature.
  • Work closely with customer, sales engineering, and account management to understand requirements and manage expectations.
  • Create comprehensive project plans including milestones and dependencies.
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans and meeting agendas.
  • Maintain regular correspondence with stakeholders for status updates and functional guidance.
  • Communicate client feedback to internal product, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Deliver regular reporting regarding implementation metrics across all onboarding channels.
