Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (every other week).
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with ability to rent a car.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • High degree of self-sufficiency.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Bachelors Degree or 3-5 years experience in Food Service management.
  • Experience in Produce Industry or Restaurant Supply Chain.
  • Ability to work in a home office with a stable network/Wi-Fi connection.

Responsibilities

  • Manage produce quality assessments for approximately 30-40 Food Service Distributors and their respective clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with distribution partners and adhere to company principles.
  • Conduct client location visits to evaluate product quality, provide storage training, and offer consulting.
  • Gather feedback on distributor service levels.
  • Submit travel expense and activity reports within seven days of concluding travel.
  • Collaborate with Account Management team and other internal departments.
  • Plan and manage travel logistics including scheduling visits, booking flights, and accommodations.
  • Monitor emails and communications outside standard business hours.
