Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge
  • Minimum 1+ years in testing ecommerce applications or CRM experience
  • Working experience using defect tracking systems (JIRA)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to new technologies
  • Rigorous in following processes and documenting work

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing across multiple environments
  • Conduct end-to-end CRM and email campaign testing, covering template rendering, dynamic content, and audience segmentation
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing across Android, iOS, and Web
  • Validate Multi-Language email translations to support international sites
  • Validate email rendering across major clients and devices
  • Verify data integrity between CRM platforms and campaign tools
  • Create and maintain test cases and test plans
  • Participate in bug triaging, priority assessment, and defect tracking
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to uphold QA best practices
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and partner with the Test Automation team
