Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge
- Minimum 1+ years in testing ecommerce applications or CRM experience
- Working experience using defect tracking systems (JIRA)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable to new technologies
- Rigorous in following processes and documenting work
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing across multiple environments
- Conduct end-to-end CRM and email campaign testing, covering template rendering, dynamic content, and audience segmentation
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing across Android, iOS, and Web
- Validate Multi-Language email translations to support international sites
- Validate email rendering across major clients and devices
- Verify data integrity between CRM platforms and campaign tools
- Create and maintain test cases and test plans
- Participate in bug triaging, priority assessment, and defect tracking
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to uphold QA best practices
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and partner with the Test Automation team
